Welcome to Sensory Activities Ltd. By accessing our website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Orders

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes at checkout.
• Some products are handmade to order. Estimated production times will be communicated after purchase.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
• Product colours and textures may vary slightly from photos due to handmade nature and screen differences.

Shipping

• We ship within Canada only.
• Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD.
• Delivery times vary by location and product availability. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sensoryactivities.ca and we will work with you to make it right.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are subject to a consultation process. Final pricing and timelines will be confirmed before production begins. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

Limitation of Liability

Sensory Activities Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our products are designed for sensory engagement and are not medical devices.
